This week Y9 BTEC Dance students participated in an exciting workshop with a professional dance artist from Phoenix Dance Theatre. Students demonstrated excellent resilience when learning complex and challenging choreography.

🤩CLCA is incredibly proud of Y7 student Ava who was invited to a Royal Navy event to raise awareness of knife crime and its impact on young people in the UK during half term. Ava is trained in the combat sport of Muay Thai. As a result of Ava's impressive performance Ava has been sponsored by the Royal Navy and the Royal Marine Commandos! This is such a huge achievement and we are so very proud of her. 🤩Congratulations Ava! 🤩

We are very proud of Y8 student Sianna and her group have been creating social-action projects to help tackle gender inequality at their football clubs LUFC and in their communities. The teams have taken part in heats for the right to represent their club at Wembley Stadium, where they took part in workshops and were able to present their ideas to fellow Premier League Inspires participants
